Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Travel Consultant for an on-site role located in Coimbatore. The Travel Consultant will assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries tailored to clients needs, managing travel arrangements, and overseeing reservations. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking and travel experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines
• Proficiency in using relevant travel-related software and tools
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
