Travel Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Jaipur. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for corporate clients. Additional responsibilities include tailoring travel solutions to meet business needs, providing expert travel advice to clients, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring excellent customer service will be key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in travel booking tools and systems, itinerary planning, and travel documentation processes
• Customer service, relationship management, and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of travel destinations, global travel markets, and sustainable travel practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using travel management technology and data analysis tools
• Ability to work in a dynamic on-site team environment
• Prior experience in corporate travel or the B2B travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
