SWISStours is hiring a Travel Consultant for our Bangalore office.

SWISStours is the leisure division and a 100% subsidiary of Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS). 

Today, our network extends across seven geographies in India and overseas offices. We specialize in rail passes, air tickets, hotels, apartments, sightseeing, excursions, wellness experiences and tailor-made holiday packages.

With SWISS operating direct flights from Bangalore to Zurich, Bangalore is an important and growing market for us.

Travel Consultant

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate
• 
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience with an outbound tour operator
• 
  
• Ability to handle clients independently
• 
  
• Good knowledge of European rail and hotel booking engines
• 
  
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• 
  
• Strong communication skills
• 
  
• Ability to develop market intelligence and identify business opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales for both B2B and B2C clients
• 
  
• Achieve sales targets and deliver incremental business growth
• 
  
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• 
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions
