About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Travel Consultant to independently manage international tour sales and operations. The role involves handling client consultations, preparing travel proposals, coordinating with global vendors, managing bookings, and ensuring seamless execution of luxury adventure tours.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of international travel operations, excellent communication skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Consultation
- Handle travel inquiries from domestic and international clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel experiences
- Prepare customized itineraries and tour proposals
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with clients regarding payments, documentation, and confirmations
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
Tour Operations & Execution
- Independently manage end-to-end operations for international tours
- Coordinate pre-tour planning, on-ground logistics, and post-tour closure
- Ensure seamless execution of tours with high customer satisfaction
- Act as a point of contact during tours for operational support and escalation handling
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, DMCs, visa agencies, and international vendors
- Manage RFQs and vendor negotiations
- Ensure timely bookings, confirmations, and operational readiness
- Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and service providers
Commercial & Cost Management
- Negotiate rates with vendors to improve profitability
- Monitor tour budgets and operational costs
- Ensure efficient cost control without compromising service quality
Documentation & Travel Coordination
- Handle visa coordination and travel documentation
- Ensure accurate communication of itineraries, inclusions, and timelines
- Maintain operational records and booking details

Qualifications
- MBA / Master's Degree in Travel & Tourism from a reputed institute (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
Experience
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in Travel & Tourism
- Prior experience in handling international tour sales and operations is mandatory
