Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant / Visa Coordinator in Rajkot. The role involves understanding client travel needs, creating customized itineraries, managing visa documentation, booking reservations, and delivering excellent customer service. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination and clear communication throughout the entire travel planning process.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and managing client interactions
• Familiarity with Reservations systems and processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse client needs
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
