Role Description

This internship role is for a Travel Consultant and is based on-site in Guwahati, Assam. The Travel Consultant will assist in developing personalized travel experiences, managing bookings, coordinating travel arrangements, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include creating itineraries, handling reservations, providing information and recommendations to clients, and ensuring smooth travel planning and management for customers exploring Northeast India.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and planning Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Personalized Itinerary Design.
• Experience in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively
• Knowledge or familiarity with popular tourist destinations and cultures in Northeast India is a must.
• Proficiency with travel booking tools and technology is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver on deadlines

• Must be based in Guwahati.
• Must own a laptop.
• Must be willing to travel to our office or a work location within Guwahati.
• Must be willing to join immediately.
