Position- Travel Consultant/ Destination Specialist
Location - Kanpur

Tour Planning & Itinerary Creation
* Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and trip objectives.
* Curate holiday packages by integrating accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, and unique experiences.
* Suggest key attractions, cultural highlights, and activities that showcase the best of the UAE.
Reservations & Vendor Coordination
* Handle bookings for hotels, transfers, tours, guides, cruises, and other travel services.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability, accuracy, and timely confirmations.
* Provide clients with essential pre-travel information, destination guidelines, and helpful tips.
Client Interaction & Service Support
* Respond to client inquiries promptly across email, phone, and messaging channels.
* Offer assistance before arrival and remain available for support throughout their stay.
* Deliver on-ground customer service when required to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Operational Management :
* Oversee the execution of daily operations, ensuring all arrangements match the planned itinerary.
* Manage last-minute changes, rescheduling, cancellations, and urgent requests efficiently.
* Prepare daily operational updates and coordinate with drivers, hotel teams, and tour guides.
Documentation & Administrative Tasks
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, client files, invoices, vouchers, and service confirmations.
* Track tour-related costs, budgeting, and profitability to ensure financial accuracy.
* Submit timely operational reports and customer service summaries to the reporting manager.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor`s degree
* Prior experience in a travel Industry
* A demonstrable interest in travel, knowledge of key holiday destinations in UAE.
* Proven experience in B2B sales and sales management.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skill and negotiation skills.
