Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements, coordinating reservations, and addressing client travel needs. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, crafting efficient travel plans, and offering expert guidance to clients to enhance their travel experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, ensuring effective planning and execution of travel itineraries
- Experience with handling Travel Arrangements and making accurate Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using travel booking tools or systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
