Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Chennai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning and bookings, managing travel arrangements, creating itineraries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert travel advice, managing reservations, handling queries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for individuals, groups, and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and creating tailored travel solutions based on client needs
• Strong skills in Travel Management, including itinerary planning and coordination
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with international travel requirements, including visa processes, is beneficial
