About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to manage online inquiries and promote a premium homestay property in Varanasi. The role involves handling guest communication, posting property updates, and ensuring a smooth booking experience for travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, and updates) about the homestay across social media and online platforms.

* Respond promptly to guest inquiries via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

* Share room details, pricing, availability, and booking information with potential guests.

* Manage booking requests and coordinate with the property team.

* Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful communication tone with guests.

* Suggest travel tips, local experiences, and nearby attractions to enhance guest experience.

* Maintain records of inquiries and bookings.

Requirements:

* Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer handling is preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).

* Basic knowledge of social media posting and handling online inquiries.

* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
