This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with planning, organizing, and finalizing travel arrangements, including creating itineraries, booking accommodations, and managing travel-related queries. The role requires providing excellent customer service, facilitating seamless travel experiences, and maintaining updated knowledge of travel destinations and trends. Additional responsibilities include handling reservations and liaising with vendors to ensure positive client experiences.

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating travel itineraries.
• Expertise in Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations for accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Previous experience in travel planning or related fields is an advantage.
• Familiarity with popular travel destinations, especially within India and the Himalayas, is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant travel software tools is preferred.
