About the Opportunity

Join the travel sales team of a leading travel brand and help customers plan and book memorable holidays. We are looking for experienced sales professionals from the Tours & Travel industry who are confident in handling customers and driving sales from enquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end B2C sales from lead qualification to final booking.
• Connect with customers who have shown interest in travel packages.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.
• Recommend suitable tours, packages and travel solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate and close bookings.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers to drive conversions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

What Were Looking For

• 1.5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in Tours & Travel.
• Proven experience in end-to-end sales and closing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and revenue numbers.
• Good understanding of travel packages, destinations and customer requirements.
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a WFH environment.
