Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our Sales Department for the Night Shift. The candidate should have good knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages and be able to assist customers in planning their travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online platforms during night shift hours.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, hotels, visas, and travel guidelines.
- Customize travel packages based on customer preferences and budget.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and product teams for bookings and confirmations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in the travel industry or holiday sales.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with travel systems is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in selling international and domestic holiday packages.
- Ability to handle walk-in, online, and phone inquiries.
- Passion for travel and tourism.
