Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will manage travel-related inquiries, provide expert advice, and coordinate travel arrangements to meet clients needs. Responsibilities include booking travel reservations, creating detailed itineraries, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. The role involves direct interaction with clients to deliver high-quality customer service and personalized travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Skills in Travel Arrangements, including booking, planning, and coordinating itineraries
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations handling
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in travel management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
