Travel Consultant

We are seeking a full-time Travel Consultant to join our on-site team in Faridabad. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in planning their trips, creating travel itineraries, making travel arrangements, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding travel experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and handling Travel Arrangements
• Experience with Reservations and creating travel itineraries
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to address customer needs effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented on-site environment
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a strong advantage
