The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Travel Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. You will be the primary voice of Benchmark, responsible for converting high-quality leads into unforgettable travel experiences. This role is ideal for a travel architect who balances technical booking expertise with a persuasive sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Itinerary Design: Create customized international and domestic holiday packages (FIT) and MICE programs tailored to client budgets and preferences.
  • Sales & Lead Conversion: Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp; perform disciplined follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Operations & Logistics: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flight ticketing (GDS), hotel reservations, visa processing, and travel insurance.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with global DMCs, hotels, and airlines to negotiate the best rates and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a single point of contact for clients before, during, and after their journey to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Experience: 25 years in travel sales or operations (Outbound/International experience preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) and Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge: Strong geographical knowledge of popular and exotic destinations (Europe, SE Asia, Australia, etc.).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English; ability to persuade and build trust over the phone.

  • Attributes: A hunter mindset for sales targets, high resilience, and extreme attention to detail.
