BagsAndMaps Travel LLP is a growing travel company dedicated to creating personalized domestic and international travel experiences. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team and manage travel requirements from initial planning through to flawless execution.

• Role: Travel Consultant
• Vacancies: 1 (Immediate Hiring)
• Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
• Location: Guduvancherry, Chennai (Near Zoho)
• Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

• Understand client requirements and recommend highly suitable travel solutions.
• Create customized day-wise itineraries and detailed quotations.
• Manage client communication, follow-ups, and end-to-end sales coordination.
• Coordinate effectively with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other vendors.
• Process and manage all bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
• Provide reliable pre-trip and on-trip support to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and bookings utilizing CRM and administrative systems.
• Stay continuously updated on global destinations, hospitality trends, and travel products.

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with basic CRM tools and standard computer applications.
• Eagerness to learn new industry tools, destination specifics, and travel products.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can conveniently commute to our Guduvancherry office.
