Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Mumbai. The Operations Executive will oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations for travel planning and ensure smooth execution of tours. Responsibilities include managing schedules, aligning operational processes with business goals, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.

Responcevbilities.

Plan, organize, and coordinate travel itineraries.

Confirm hotel, transport, and activity bookings.

Liaise with vendors, guides, and local partners.

Ensure smooth pre-trip and on-trip operations.

Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Prepare travel documents, vouchers, and tickets.

Monitor trips in real-time to ensure quality service.

Coordinate with sales team for booking details.

Maintain records of bookings, cancellations, and payments.

Track budgets and optimize operational costs.

Ensure compliance with travel regulations & safety protocols.

Provide post-trip reports and gather client feedback.

Support team in planning group tours & special packages.

Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.

Collaborate with marketing & sales for smooth campaign execution.
