Responsibilities of candidates include: -
The job profile is to meet with clients to discuss and learn about their travel requirements.
You are responsible for advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants, and capabilities.
you've to help them plan trips to domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance, and fares.
Candidate would be involved in planning holidays, suggesting travel destinations, maintaining client files, and managing events.

Research, explore and study different travel destination options
Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
Notifies clients of travel dates, baggage limits, special requests like meals, wheelchair bassinet etc., visa requirements, and other relevant information.
Research and study clients specifications and wishes.
Suggest suitable travel options that best suit clients needs, Plan and organize travels, Book tickets, reserve accommodation, organize rental transportation.
Inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps, and event programs.
Collect deposits and balances
Offer and promote different services and offerings
Keep learning about the latest industry trends
Attend webinars, conferences, and other educational programs
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Passionate about travel and tourism
Excellent knowledge of the latest tourism trends
Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options, Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage, good sales and presentation skills, Customer-oriented mindset, Critical thinker and problem solver, Team player, Good organizational and time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Having a BA in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or similar relevant fields will have an advantage.
Candidates with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantage
Plan and organize travels by booking tickets and accommodation, Securing rental transportation etc.
Arranging flights, insurance and accommodation
Using a booking system to secure holidays
Collecting and processing payments
Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g., visas and passports
Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, Reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary.
Working to sales targets.
Coordinate with vendors for best rates and delivering same to clients.
Candidate should have knowledge of Making International and Domestic Packages. - Communicating & understanding client's Holidays requirements. - Can design attractive Package Itineraries - Presenting, convincing & selling Tour Package to Domestic Clients - Preparing tour proposal and costing - Handling Calls and Emails (Giving End to End resolutions to Customers) - Candidate should have good communication skills
