Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, booking reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities may also include assisting clients with travel planning for individual, group, and corporate travel needs, ensuring smooth and enjoyable travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience with making Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel requirements and destinations
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry considered an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
