Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Consultant will manage day-to-day travel arrangements, handle reservations, and provide exceptional customer service to clients. The role involves creating customized travel packages, assisting clients with travel planning, and coordinating bookings for domestic and international vacations, corporate tours, and other travel services. The consultant will also ensure seamless communication with clients to meet their specific travel needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Experience in Customer Service and handling Reservations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist clients
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations and services
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and relevant software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Relevant experience in the travel industry is preferred
