Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nashik. The Travel Consultant will oversee daily travel consultancy, manage travel arrangements, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include creating customized travel itineraries, booking reservations for hotels, flights, and other transportation, assisting with travel documentation such as visas and insurance, and providing travel recommendations to meet client needs. Delivering a seamless travel experience and ensuring customer satisfaction are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and planning customized travel itineraries
• Experience in managing Travel Arrangements, including flight, hotel, and other reservation bookings
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and effective communication
• Familiarity with Reservations systems and ability to coordinate travel logistics
• Knowledge of visa and travel documentation processes is an asset
• Proficiency in using travel management software or tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is advantageous
