Key Responsibilities:
Tour Operations:
- Assist in planning and implementing tour operations and activities as scheduled by the company.
- Create and manage standard itineraries, incorporating client preferences and demographic considerations.
- Inform tourists about local practices, history, and regulations.
Travel Coordination:
- Manage booking of flights, hotels, and tours for clients.
- Handle passport details, insurance coverage, and resolve conflicts related to pre-booked plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the client's travel experience, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
Guest Engagement:
- Plan and implement guest activities during tours.
- Collect and document client reviews post-travel and update the official company pages.
Administrative Support:
- Provide assistance in all travel-related operations, including logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
- Support management in overseeing guest satisfaction and ensuring high service standards.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional knowledge of Tamil or Kannada is advantageous.
- Pleasing personality with strong listening and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and basic software tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of travel coordination, itinerary planning, and customer engagement.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PUC or Graduate (any stream).
- 1+ years of experience in travel coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
