Job Description:-
Knowledge of re-issue, cancellation & refund process for domestic & international
Knowledge of GDS- Galileo
Experience in domestic & international ticket
Knowledge of travel products like travel insurance, hotel, visa etc.
Team player, go getter attitude & client centric
3-6 years travel agency experience would idle
Ready to learn about new products
Good communication skills
Ready to support after office hours or work in shifts
Desired Candidate Profile :-
The candidate need to be graduate
Should have at least 3-4+years of experience
Should have experience with international & domestic Executive with 5 Years of working with Travel Agency
Should be able to operate the Travel Software like Galileo or Amadeus
Should know how to work with Mis , Excel and power point.
Education:-
Graduate or Travel Diploma or IATA Certificate
Good Communication Skills
