Process visa applications and ensure timely approvals

Manage crew sign-on/sign-off formalities for vessel operations

Coordinate domestic & international travel arrangements

Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations & ground transportation

Sell and manage holiday packages & leisure travel services

Maintain detailed travel trackers and provide daily reports

Deliver outstanding customer service and support

What We're Looking For:

Experience in visa processing & travel coordination

Strong knowledge of travel desk operations & ticketing

Background in shipping, ports, or tourism sector (preferred)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Any Graduate (Postgraduate preferred)
