Hiring: Governance & COO Support Role
Location: Mumbai
Shift Time: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
Experience Required: 3 – 4 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities
HNW OTC Onboarding
- Track client onboarding activities end-to-end using standardized templates
- Provide regular status updates and maintain audit-ready records
- Escalate onboarding blockers to relevant stakeholders
License Fees Management
- Maintain centralized trackers for licensing fees and ensure data accuracy
- Perform quarterly reporting and reconciliation of licensing charges
- Validate invoices against contracts/POs
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and vendors for timely payments
Stakeholder Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/stakeholder reports
- Track onboarding pipeline, license fee tracking, KPIs, and SLAs
- Highlight issues, risks, and remediation status to stakeholders
Required Skills
- Graduate (B.Com/BMS preferred) with 3–4 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced hands-on experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with databases and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
- Finance industry experience will be an added advantage
