Job Description

Hiring: Governance & COO Support Role

Location: Mumbai

Shift Time: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

Experience Required: 3 – 4 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

HNW OTC Onboarding

  • Track client onboarding activities end-to-end using standardized templates
  • Provide regular status updates and maintain audit-ready records
  • Escalate onboarding blockers to relevant stakeholders

License Fees Management

  • Maintain centralized trackers for licensing fees and ensure data accuracy
  • Perform quarterly reporting and reconciliation of licensing charges
  • Validate invoices against contracts/POs
  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and vendors for timely payments

Stakeholder Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/stakeholder reports
  • Track onboarding pipeline, license fee tracking, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Highlight issues, risks, and remediation status to stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Graduate (B.Com/BMS preferred) with 3–4 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced hands-on experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with databases and data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
  • Finance industry experience will be an added advantage
