Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel & Expedition Strategist - International, based in Gurgaon.

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Individualto lead the end-to-end execution of Madcap Luxe journeys. This role will oversee operations for high-end self-drive expeditions, exclusive outbound experiences, and tailored luxury travel itineraries, ensuring flawless execution, exceptional client handling, and premium vendor management.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements for seamless organization of international itineraries
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build lasting client relationships and address their needs effectively
• Experience in Business Travel coordination to meet corporate objectives and ensure smooth operations
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle complex travel plans and address challenges efficiently
• Proficiency in using travel or event planning software, and experience with international travel logistics
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or related field
