Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role based in Dwarka. The Travel Agent will assist customers with planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and holiday packages. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing travel options and quotations, confirming reservations, processing payments, and issuing travel documents. The role involves coordinating travel arrangements, resolving booking issues, and maintaining accurate records in reservation systems. The Travel Agent will also promote relevant travel products and offers, provide timely customer support, and collaborate with the team to meet sales and service targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Reservations and Travel Arrangements skills, including experience using booking and GDS platforms.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Car Rental services and related booking processes.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including upselling travel products and achieving sales targets.
• Candidates should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Prior experience as a Travel Agent or in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online travel platforms are required.
• A relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
