Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent located in Agra. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, handling customer service inquiries, arranging car rentals, and managing travel arrangements. Additionally, they will be involved in sales activities to promote tour packages and travel services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience with Car Rental services
- Proficiency in Sales activities related to travel services
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with travel booking software and tools
