ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and experienced Travel Agent (TA) Sales Executive to grow our business through travel agent and partner channels for visa services. In this role, you will own revenue generation, build lasting relationships with travel agents, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, engage, and onboard new travel agencies and partner networks for visa services.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets across TA segments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agents to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customised visa solutions.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal operations and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and present insights to management.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to generate new business.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in visa services, travel, or corporate services.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, account management, and revenue ownership.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a result-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
