Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can handle travel enquiries, communicate with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert enquiries into bookings.
You will be working closely with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming travel enquiries and leads.
- Contact customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Explain itineraries, inclusions, hotels, transportation and other services.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
- Prior experience in travel sales / tourism / hospitality / telecalling / inside sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with sales targets and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is preferred.
