Travel Agent - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight reservations, reissues, cancellations, and refunds using Amadeus GDS
• Manage domestic and international ticketing
• Assist clients with fare rules, schedules, and travel-related queries
• Resolve booking issues and provide excellent customer support
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers when required
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on Amadeus GDS
• Good knowledge of airline fares, routing, and ticketing rules
• Ability to work independently during the night shift
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Prior experience in a travel agency is preferred
