Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Travel Agency Specialist. The Travel Agency Specialist will be responsible for planning and organizing travel arrangements, coordinating guided tours, managing business travel requests, and delivering outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, providing travel solutions, managing bookings, and driving sales by offering tailored recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and ensure seamless travel experiences.

- Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service and managing client relationships.
- Knowledge of Sales techniques and ability to meet sales targets related to travel services.
- Understanding of Business Travel logistics and requirements.

- Background in travel or hospitality industry preferred.
