Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Travel Agency Specialist. The role includes assisting clients in planning and booking customized travel experiences, organizing guided tours, and providing support for corporate and business travel needs. Daily responsibilities also include managing customer inquiries, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring seamless communication to deliver exceptional customer service and successfully drive sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing Travel Agency operations and planning Guided Tours
- Strong focus on Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and support
- Proven Sales skills, with the ability to effectively promote travel packages
- Knowledge or experience in Business Travel planning
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in travel management software is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment
- Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred
