Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agency Consultant, based in New Delhi. The role involves planning and managing guided tours, assisting clients in coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, supporting group tours and business travel, as well as promoting travel-related products and services. Additionally, candidates will help design and execute tailored itineraries that meet clients preferences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in travel agency operations and arranging guided tours
• Strong customer service skills combined with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience in sales with the ability to effectively promote business and holiday travel solutions
• Knowledge of business travel management and coordinating corporate itineraries
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications in travel or tourism are a plus
• Familiarity with travel booking software or reservation systems
