About the Role:

As a Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the travel experiences of seniors and other customers. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and selling both domestic and international tour packages. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Plan and organize tour packages for seniors and other customers

Develop new client relationships and provide personalized quotes

Create detailed itineraries tailored to customer preferences

Manage bookings and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Stay updated on domestic and international travel options, including cruises, flights, hotels, and travel insurance

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication in Punjabi

Extensive knowledge of travel packages and related services

Strong ability to create itineraries and manage bookings

Team player with excellent multitasking abilities

Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a related field is preferred
