Key Responsibilities- Manage daily vehicle placements, targeting consistent and timely execution.
- Coordinate with fleet owners and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate rates while aligning with company policies and margins.
- Maintain and update route-wise and vehicle-wise rate intelligence.
- Handle operational coordination and resolve day-to-day issues professionally.
- Follow company SOPs and communication standards at all times.
Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic management, logistics operations, or brokerage.
- Working knowledge of vehicle types, routes, and market rates.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
