Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing & overseeing all transport operations within the organization including coordination, scheduling and execution

2. Managing budgets & transport routes

3. Training of drivers & helpers

4. Dealing with Parents on route related queries

5. Monitor GPS tracking of buses

6. Monitor CCTV cameras on buses

7. Managing students data on Transport ERP Software

8. Attendance of drivers & helpers

9. Ensuring vehicles meet all compliance requirements

10. Good communication & people management skills

11. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in excel & word
