- Oversee track-and-trace operations, ensuring real-time visibility across the transportation network.
- Manage proof of delivery (POD) processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and digital documentation for faster billing
Cold Chain Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to cold chain protocols across all Reefer product movements.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews with vendors on reefer transport.
- Drive corrective actions and preventive measures (CAPA) for cold chain deviations.

- Lead Last-Mile and LCT (Logistics Cost & Transport) tracking, reporting, and optimization initiatives.
Compliance, HSE & Risk Management
- Ensure all transportation operations comply with HSE standards, food defense protocols, quality norms, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks - including regulatory changes, fleet availability and external disruptions (fuel, tolls, strikes).
- Coordinate with internal teams on claims management and loss investigation for in-transit damages or shortages.
Experience & Knowledge
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage.
