Job Description:
We are looking for a Transport Executive with hands-on experience in employee transport operations and transport management mobile applications. The role involves managing end-to-end employee transportation, ensuring safety, compliance, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day employee transport operations (pick-up/drop, routing, rostering).
- Work on transport management systems / mobile apps.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor trip execution, adherence to SLAs, and resolve real-time escalations.
- Handle cab allocation, route optimization, and shift-based transport requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory guidelines, and company policies.
- Track attendance, trip reports, billing, and MIS.
- Address employee transport-related queries and complaints.
- Conduct audits and vendor performance reviews.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in employee transportation / fleet operations.
- Hands-on experience with MoveInSync or similar transport management applications.
- Knowledge of route planning, rostering, and vendor management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of compliance, safety, and billing processes.
- Comfortable working in shifts, if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in IT / BPO / Corporate employee transport operations.
- Exposure to night shift transport and female employee safety protocols.
