Job Description

  • Transport Management:
  • Supervise daily bus operations across locations.
  • Coordinate with transport vendors to identify and resolve vehicle maintenance issues.
  • Prepare and maintain daily and monthly MIS reports, including:
  • Operations MIS
  • R&M MIS
  • Complaints MIS
  • Bus fleet documentation
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for driver engagement.
  • Manage vehicle documentation for the entire fleet.
  • Oversee transport team shift scheduling and rosters.
  • Handle bill/invoice processing for transport services.
  • Manage bus pass issuance and renewals.
  • Ensure expenses comply with contracts/POs/agreements with no deviations.
  • Ensure full adherence to statutory compliance requirements.
  • Taxi Management:
  • Manage spot rental taxi bookings efficiently.
  • Maintain and report monthly MIS for taxi operations.
  • Ensure taxi-related expenses are aligned with contractual terms.
  • Ensure statutory compliance for taxi service operations.
  • Competency Requirements
  • Technical / Functional:
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Prior experience in logistics and transport management.
  • Strong skills in vendor management and invoice validation.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in transport.
  • Problem-solving and crisis management capabilities.
  • Behavioral:
  • Strong team player.
  • Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
