Job Summary
The Transport Executive is responsible for the end-to-end management of site-based transportation operations. The role focuses on overseeing daily fleet deployment, coordinating with transport vendors, ensuring 100% safety compliance (especially for late-night shifts), and managing real-time tracking systems to meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations & Helpdesk
- Helpdesk Management: Operate a 24/7 helpdesk to resolve employee queries and log complaints.
- Shift Coordination: Oversee vehicle attendance and ensure vehicles arrive/depart exactly as scheduled.
- Roster Management: Update and maintain daily pickup/drop lists for authorized personnel.
- Fleet & Vendor Management
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct routine vehicle inspections (hygiene, seatbelts, safety equipment).
- Compliance: Verify driver documentation (License, PUC, Insurance) and ensure adherence to safety SOPs.
- Tracking & Safety
- Real-time Monitoring: Utilize Transport Management Systems (TMS) to track vehicle movement point-wise.
- Safety Protocols: Manage Safe Drop protocols, including security escorts for female employees during night shifts.
- Reporting & MIS
- Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate logs of start times, odometer readings, and passenger boarding.
- Billing Support: Verify vendor log sheets and invoices against system-generated data.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Experience: 2–5 years in Facilities Management, BPO, or Hospitality sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and TMS tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and local geographical knowledge.
