Key areas:

  • Communication Skills - Both verbal and written communication need improvement for professional interactions.
  • Transport Operations Handling - Candidates should have practical experience in managing end-to-end transport operations, including vendor coordination and route planning.
  • MS Office Proficiency - Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, reporting), PowerPoint (presentations), and overall MS Office tools is essential.
  • MoveInSync Knowledge - Familiarity with the MoveInSync platform is important for handling automated transport tracking and planning.
  • Complaint Handling - Ability to handle and resolve employee/vendor transport complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Escalation Handling - Proactive in escalating unresolved issues and ensuring timely closures.
  • Vehicle Compliance - Basic understanding of vehicle documentation, compliance checks (RC, insurance, permits, etc.), and ensuring vendor adherence to safety norms.
  • Reports - Daily / weekly & monthly.
