Role Overview

We are looking for a Transport Compliance professional with 1+ years of experience in managing transportation compliance, documentation, and operational processes within an MNC environment. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and an understanding of transport regulations, vendor compliance, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable transportation policies, regulations, and company guidelines.
• Review and maintain transport-related documents, records, licenses, permits, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with transport vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Track vehicle, driver, and vendor compliance documentation and identify gaps.
• Conduct regular checks/audits of transport operations and support corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate compliance trackers and prepare periodic reports.
• Follow up on expired or pending documents and ensure timely renewals.
• Support investigations and resolution of transport-related compliance issues.
• Ensure adherence to organizational safety, security, and transportation standards.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve operational and compliance-related concerns.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in Transport Compliance / Transportation Operations / Fleet Compliance.
• MNC experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of transport documentation and compliance processes.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple compliance activities within timelines.
