We're Hiring | Transmission Expert / Team Leader (International)
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Eligibility Criteria
✅ MBA / Master's Degree in Management or Engineering with Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics
Experience Required
- After master degree minimum 21 years of consulting/utility experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Power Transmission Sector.
- Experience as Team Leader on at least one similar power transmission project.
- Successfully completed 3 or more international consulting assignments related to project management in the power sector.
- Experience working on projects in both India and overseas (minimum one project each).
- Hands-on experience with EHV Substations and OHTL (Overhead Transmission Lines) up to 400 kV.
- Strong expertise in project management, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Implementation Support Consultant (PISC) team.
- Ensure timely execution and successful delivery of all project activities.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, PMU, Contractors, Consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, quality assurance, contract management, and project reporting.
- Resolve implementation issues and support effective project decision-making.
- Provide overall leadership for consulting services throughout the project lifecycle.
