Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Translation Management Systems (TMS) and related localization tools, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Manage and maintain translation memory (TM) and terminology databases to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to file formats, HTML content, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance translation workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Conduct training sessions on TMS tools and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Additional Information

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with TMS platforms (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ, XTM, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of HTML and web content structures.
  • Knowledge of terminology management and translation memory concepts.
  • Familiarity with localization workflows and file formats (XML, HTML, JSON).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working in global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with machine translation systems and CAT tools.
  • Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python or JavaScript) are a plus.
