Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Translation Management Systems (TMS) and related localization tools, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Manage and maintain translation memory (TM) and terminology databases to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Troubleshoot issues related to file formats, HTML content, and system integrations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance translation workflows.
Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
Conduct training sessions on TMS tools and best practices.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Additional Information

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with TMS platforms (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ, XTM, or similar).
Strong understanding of HTML and web content structures.
Knowledge of terminology management and translation memory concepts.
Familiarity with localization workflows and file formats (XML, HTML, JSON).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for working in global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with machine translation systems and CAT tools.
Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python or JavaScript) are a plus.
