Your Role
- Support identification and scoping of transformation opportunities that align with ISCO objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to prioritize initiatives, define scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead significant workstreams within large strategic initiatives or manage smaller strategic projects, overseeing all involved resources.
- Assist Transformation Office leadership in developing and enhancing organizational transformation capabilities.
- Develop and execute change management plans, governance processes, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure adoption and benefits realization.
- Monitor program performance, manage risks and issues, and provide clear progress reports to senior leaders.
- Coach teams on new operating models, tools, and ways of working to embed sustainable change.
- Design and facilitate workshops to build organizational capabilities and promote continuous improvement.
- Actively coordinate with other transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with overall strategic goals and proactively flag potential deviations.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years experience leading transformation, program management, change management, or business improvement initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams or smaller initiatives simultaneously, delivering results on time and budget.
- Proven ability to present complex issues effectively to top management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies and benefit tracking. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience in workshop delivery and team coaching.
- Experience working with portfolio/program management tools and data-driven performance reporting.
- Comfortable working across cultures and with geographically dispersed teams.
Essential & Critical Skills
- Expertise in Project & Change Management with hands-on experience in leading cross-functional transformation projects.
- Advanced knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt / Black Belt level preferred).
- Business Process Management (BPM) Expertise in process modelling, process architecture and taxonomy design is preferred.
