Job Description

Strong project management skills and experience of working on at least 3 application transition projects (100+ FTE)
Strong solution mindset and ability to create differentiated and risk-mitigated transition solutions to address client requirements
Client centricity and experience of managing client stakeholders on a global scale
Collaborative mindset and ability to develop amicable working relationships with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenges with a positive and calm approach
Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills6.
Experience in key initiatives to enhance transition framework, accelerators, libraries, tools, and template
Experience in planning, management, performance, and execution of the Transition Program
Identify, monitor and manage any risks or issues via an updated Transition Risk Register and take appropriate preventive and corrective measures
Experience in creating customized and fit for purpose transition solution and sizing for various RFPs
Experience in creating week-on-week transition ramp-up
Ability to create materials for weekly progress review meetings and conduct transition cadence meetings
Scrum/ Agile/ PMP/ ITIL/ Six Sigma certification
