Description -

  • 15+ years of experience in various roles within the IT industry, with a focus on Transition Management, Application Support & Maintenance Service Delivery.
  • Proficient in managing multi-geography transition programs, software delivery & overseeing operations through strong leadership.
  • Proven track record in building lasting partnerships with C-suite executives as a trusted advisor, fostering relationships based on trust, transparency & flexibility in making decisions that align with business goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills are a must.
  • Extensive experience in designing managed service solutions & delivering high-quality services.
  • Deep expertise in transition planning, monitoring & risk management, including chairing operational & steering committee meetings.
  • Demonstrated success in incubating & building practices from the ground up, with a focus on both consulting & delivery.
  • Extensive experience in defining strategy, delivery standards, P&L management, account mining, customer relationship management & revenue generation.
  • Skilled in designing & implementing KPIs, SLAs, CSAT & ESAT metrics across the service portfolio.
  • Strong background in leading pre-sales activities, managing transition & training teams on managed service delivery processes.
  • Experience in operations management with a focus on managed service delivery is a plus.
  • Global experience working across multiple industries, particularly with Fortune 100 clients in various domains.
  • Expertise in leading application & infrastructure teams to transition substantial workloads from on-site to offshore while ensuring no business or project disruption.
  • Skilled in achieving right-shoring objectives, reducing costs & improving outcomes while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to recommend & drive transformations in people, processes & operations through the adoption of IT automation.
  • Proven experience in leading global transition teams across multiple locations.
