Certifications in ITIL, PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma (preferred) The Transition Manager is responsible for the end-to-end transition and stabilization of BFSI services under a Build–Operate–Transform (BOT) engagement. This role ensures secure, compliant, and disruption-free onboarding of banking, financial services, or insurance operations while meeting regulatory, risk, and control requirements. The individual owns transition outcomes across people, process, technology, data, and governance, while creating a strong foundation for transformation and long-term operational resilience.
